Tournament Registration

Team Registration

• All team information must be accurate and complete
• Players must meet age requirements for their tier
• Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is processed
• Teams may be disqualified for providing false information

Player Eligibility

• All players must be within the specified age ranges
• High school players must provide valid photo identification
• Players may only be registered on one team

Payment Terms

• Registration fees must be paid in full before tournament participation
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable
• Failed or disputed payments may result in team disqualification
• Sponsorship payments are considered donations and are non-refundable

Tournament Rules

• All participants must follow tournament rules and regulations
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification
• Tournament decisions by officials are final
• Alhuda SPARK reserves the right to modify tournament format if necessary

Liability and Safety

• Participation in basketball activities involves inherent risks
• Participants assume responsibility for their own safety
• Alhuda SPARK is not liable for injuries during tournament events
• All participants should have appropriate insurance coverage

Cancellation Policy

• Tournament cancellation due to weather or emergencies will be communicated promptly
• No refunds will be provided for voluntary team withdrawals
• Alhuda SPARK reserves the right to cancel the tournament in extreme circumstances

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Alhuda SPARK. Participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in tournament photography and promotional materials.
