Girls

4th-5th Grade:
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 PM | Sundays 10:00-11:00 AM

6th-8th Grade:
Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 PM | Sundays 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Boys

4th-5th Grade:
Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM | Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM

6th-8th Grade:
Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM | Saturdays 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

9th-12th Grade:
Thursdays 8:30-10:00 PM | Saturdays 12:00-1:00 PM

Important Notes

Tournament Location: Dayton, Ohio
Tournament Dates: January 3-4, 2025
Practice Window: December 15 - January 2
Payment must be submitted before first practice
Selection is merit-based, not pay-to-play
Previous SPARK uniforms will be used
No refunds once tournament registration is submitted

Roster Policy

Placement is earned based on effort, skill, attitude, and coach evaluations
Once rosters are full, additional players will be placed on a waitlist
If a player drops, the next player on the waitlist will be contacted
One roster per division will be selected for Dayton
One roster of Eman Schools players will also be chosen to participate

Players not selected for the tournament team will join the SPARK Development Program, where they will train with experienced coaches to build fundamentals, decision-making, and basketball IQ for future opportunities.

Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in basketball tryouts, practices, and tournament play involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Alhuda SPARK, its organizers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability for any injury, illness, or damage arising from participation in these activities.

Medical Authorization

In case of emergency, I authorize the coaching staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.

Photo/Video Release

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during practices and the tournament to be used for promotional purposes.

Refund Policy

I understand that no refunds will be issued once the team is formed and tournament registration is submitted.

Selection Policy

I understand that roster placement is merit-based, determined by effort, skill, attitude, and coach evaluations. Players not selected for the tournament team will be offered a spot in the SPARK Development Program.
