Player Fee

$100

Per player

Registration includes:

  • Practice sessions (December 8 - January 2)
  • 1-2 practices per week
  • Tournament participation
  • Team coordination via WhatsApp

Practice Schedule

Girls

4th-5th Grade:
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 PM
Sundays 10:00-11:00 AM

6th-8th Grade:
Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 PM
Sundays 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Boys

4th-5th Grade:
Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM
Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM

6th-8th Grade:
Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM
Saturdays 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

9th-12th Grade:
Thursdays 8:30-10:00 PM
Saturdays 12:00-1:00 PM

Important Notes

  • Tournament Location: Dayton, Ohio
  • Tournament Dates: January 3-4, 2025
  • Practice Period: December 8 - January 2
  • Payment required to secure roster spot
  • Limited roster - first 9 paid players per division
  • Parents will receive tournament details via WhatsApp
  • No refunds once team is formed

Roster Policy

  • Roster spots are limited to 9 players per division
  • Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis for paid registrations
  • Once the roster is full, additional players will be placed on a waitlist
  • If a player drops, the next player on the waitlist will be contacted

Payment must be completed at the time of registration to secure your roster spot.
